Roofs and waterproofing in Bologna
Leaks from the balcony, stains on the ceiling, broken roof tiles? We work on balconies, terraces and roofs with membranes and systems suited to each case, and we install fall-protection lines.
Roof replacement
We remove the old covering, lay the membrane and insulation where needed, refit the clay or flat tiles and fix chimneys, skylights and flashing.
Balcony and terrace waterproofing
We prepare the base, take care of critical points such as drain outlets and wall upstands, and apply the waterproofing under the new floor.
Fall-protection lines
A fall-protection line (linea vita) is the anchor system that lets people work on the roof safely. In many cases it is mandatory when the roof is redone. At the site visit we tell you what your roof needs.
